Dark purple with inky hues at the rim of the glass. Black fruits of plum and current full the bouquet with undertones of crushed herbs and spice. The pallet focuses on red briery fruits of blackberry and black cherry. Tannins are polished and structured. Finish is long and silky.

Red Wine – 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 13% Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot

Providing a rich aroma of plums, black cherries and figs, this dark, garnet colored wine is filled sophisticated layers. As the wine breathes, hints of violets and vanilla are introduced to the palate, balancing out the fruit flavors. One will also experience supple tannins that give way to notes of cola, dried sage and mulberry. The finish entails the perfect mix of spices, cedar and licorice.

Fresh lime peal and green melon meld well with the floral notes of honey suckle and lily. The pallet is flush with cardamom spiced pear, ripe white peach and lemon candy. The acidity is round and rich but has a brightness that lingers.
